Ships Through History

Service Description

This hands on history class will explore the theme of watercraft through time by learning about 4 different ships and creating our own replicas. This fun and interactive class is designed for young learners who are curious about ships and their fascinating history. Each session will focus on a different type of watercraft, combining engaging storytelling with hands-on building activities. Class 1: Punt Ships in Ancient Egypt Class 2: Tug Boats Class 3: The Titanic Class 4: Battleships Pre-Requisites: Children must be 5 by February 1, 2025 to participate. No writing or reading ability is needed. Fees: This class will meet for four sessions. Each lesson will build upon itself. Class fees are $50 per student for the whole month with a 15% sibling discount available. You can sign up for individual days. If you need to apply a sibling discount please contact us at jessie@shoalseer.org The entire fee is due when you sign up. This is a drop off class. We are a small business and we have maximized our class space which means we only have a small space for parents to wait, but you are welcome to utilize it if you prefer! Maximum class size is 14 students. *All class fees are non refundable once the class has started. All deposits are non refundable once paid*
