Wednesday Enrichment for 8yrs and up!

Service Description

This sign up is for our Third Quarter block for Wednesday Enrichment classes for kids 8yrs and up!. This includes two classes and an optional lunch period from 12pm-12:30pm. Our 10:00am class is Hands on Ancient History. This is a fun, hands-on introduction to early Ancient History origins of history and civilization! Our 11:00am class is an Introduction to Microscopic Life! We are learn to use a microscope and make slides while we dive into a study of the different types of Microscopic Life! This is a wonderful opportunity to explore a new learning opportunity and make new friends! Children will need to bring a packed lunch if they are staying for this! Parents will receive a handout to help explore each topic further at home. Pre-Requisites: Children must be 8 by January 8, 2025 to participate. Some reading and writing ability will be needed. We will incorporate a little research into our classes and some map work. Fees: This class will meet for six sessions. Each lesson will build upon itself. Wednesday enrichment for the third quarter is $175 per student with a 30% sibling discount available. The whole quarter fee is due when you sign up.
