Dinosaur Explorer Camp

Service Description

This two day camp is all about dinosaurs, fossils and famous paleontologists! Camp will take place Monday, November 24 and Tuesday November 25 from 9am-12pm for children 3-12yrs old. We are going to dig for fossils, have sensory play areas, learn about paleontologists specifically Mary Anning and Edward Cope, the Bone Wars, dinosaurs such as the Mosasaurus, the Elasmosaurus, and the Stegosaurus through hands on activities! Each day we will split our time between learning about a famous paleontologist and three amazing dinosaurs through hands on projects, science experiments and makerspace activities. To register for our Dinosaur Camp please fill out the form below. Spaces are limited. We have hands on, sometimes messy activities planned for each day so come dressed to play! You can register for one day or both days of camp. It is $100 for the whole camp per child. To register for individual days please email us at jessie@shoalseer.org If you have more than one child who will be at camp there is a 15% sibling discount. SEER Community Members also get 10% off. Camp fees are non-refundable, or transferable. Our philosophy is that children learn best through hands on, play based experiences and we want to nurture a spirit of play within each child! **There will be a release form to sign before the first day of camp! You can sign it in person or print and sign the copy that will be emailed to you**
