We are SO excited about the SEER Back to Homeschool Bash!

We are seeking the best local resources for homeschooling in the Shoals and bringing them all to one place. We also want to celebrate this season with you!

This event is going to be actionable! That means that we are designing it to help you build a plan on the spot for the 2025-26 school year. Even if you walk in, having done no planning for the year, you'll walk out with tools and resources to make it the best school year yet.

This event will take place on August 30, from 10am-2pm at Pickett Place on Court Street in downtown Florence!

There will be an Art Exhibition for children which you can sign up for by clicking the image down above.

We have six wonderful curriculum sharing homeschool moms who are happy to share what works for them!

There will be a book signing with the wonderful Millie Florence. Millie was homeschooled and wrote her first book in her teens. She is getting ready to release her fourth book and she will host a workshop at the Back to Homeschool Bash as well. You can get the ticket for that separately.

We have asked each community vendor to provide something for kids at their station and we will have some tinker stations, a picture spot and a balloon artist at our event for children as well. Stayed tuned for workshops we are adding soon!

Tickets: $5/family until July 31! After that they will be $10 per family.

Tickets cannot be purchased at the door. You must register to attend beforehand. You can buy your family's ticket at the SEER store as well.

The SEER Back to-Homeschool event is not your typical conference or expo! Yes, there will be inspiring small groups and opportunities to chat with homeschool graduates with helpful tips that will get you excited about home education, but even more than that, it's about connecting you with resources available to you right then and there to build the ultimate education while meeting other homeschool families.

All of these resources will have everything you need to start or finish planning your year, sign up for classes, learn what curriculum might be best for you, what is a co-op and how do you find them here in the shoals and more! This event is more than a conference, it's more than an expo, and it's more than a workshop--it's everything you need to create the best year yet for your family! We are going to be adding to our list of resources, but you can find out current list below:
