Become a Myth Busters: Investigate!

Service Description

Join us for a 6-week “Myth Busters” class for kids 8-14yrs old which will combine critical thinking, science, history, and a good dose of fun experiments or creative challenges to “bust” popular myths — all at a level kids can enjoy and understand. This is a fantastic opportunity for kids to discover something new, spark their creativity, think about some big problems and brainstorm solutions and make new friends. Program Details: 🔔 Myth Busters Class 🛡️ Thursdays at 11am | Starting January 22 👧👦 For kids ages 8–14 Length: 6 sessions 🔍 Class Goals: Teach students how to think like scientists and investigators. Practice asking questions, forming hypotheses, and doing experiments or research. Explore myths from history, science, and popular culture. Separate fact from fiction in a fun, hands-on way! Fee: $100 per student Discounts: 25% sibling discount 10% off for Community Members (use member code at registration) Requirements: Children must be at least 8 years old by January 1, 2025 No reading or writing skills required—just bring your curiosity and imagination! We are a small business and we have maximized our class space which means we only have a small space for parents to wait, but you are welcome to utilize it if you prefer!
