Herbology: A HP themed herb and plant

Herbology: A Harry Potter Themed class about herbs plants and their magical properties! Each week includes an herb ID portion, science experiments with herbs, tincture, soap or other practical uses for the herbs we are studying and more! At the end of class we will have created a plant ID notebook for future use. This is a fantastic opportunity for kids to discover something new, spark their creativity, and make new friends in a safe learning environment! Program Details: 🔔Herbology 🛡️ Thursdays at 11am | Starting March 5 👧👦 For kids ages 8–14 Length: 6 sessions Week 1: What are herbs? (Notebook creation, How to create a natural soap) Week 2: Magical Roots (Identifying roots that make good teas and trying out drying methods) Week 3: Herbs that heal (Learning to ID herbs that go in common remedies) Week 4: Carnivorous & Protective Plants Week 5: Plant care, seed harvesting Week 6: Essential oil creation and a plant exchange Fee: $115 per student This fee is a little more than our regular class fee due to specialized supplies. Discounts: 25% sibling discount 10% off for Community Members (use member code at registration) Requirements: Children must be at least 8 years old by March 1, 2026 No reading or writing skills required—just bring your curiosity and imagination! We are a small business and we have maximized our class space which means we only have a small space for parents to wait, but you are welcome to utilize it if you prefer!
