Service Description
Have you enjoyed our Nature Academy curriculum? Do you have a curious kid who loves exploring all the treasures of the great outdoors? Join us for an exciting new program! On December 12 we are going to study how different species handle cold weather through behaviors like hibernation, add to our nature journals, learn about some ways that animals close to us handle the cold weather, learn about the Naturalist Gilbert White, complete a scavenger hunt all about animal adaptations, discover at the SEER Nature Table and complete our semester with a Christmas themed tea time. 🌿 Young Naturalist Club 🌿 Explore. Discover. Grow. Calling all curious kids and their families! The Young Naturalist Club is a new, fun, and educational hybrid experience that brings the wonders of nature to life—both indoors and out. 🧪 Twice the Nature Fun Every Month: Nature Study & Nature Lab @ SEER – Dive into hands-on learning and experiments in our indoor lab. (Parents may drop off kids for this session.) Field Adventures – Join us at local parks or wild spots for outdoor exploration and discovery. (Parents must stay and share the experience! Siblings are welcome) 👨👩👧👦 For Kids & Their Families Perfect for nature lovers, young scientists, and budding explorers! This club is ideally intended for children 4-12yrs old. Time: Young Naturalist Club will meet from 10-11:30am. Fees: An individual day is $25 per child. **There will be a release form to sign! You can sign it in person or print and sign the copy that will be emailed to you**
